Green, Julian (d. 17 August 1998) Julian Green, a member of the Academie Francaise, portrayed in his American Field Service uniform. He volunteered at the age of seventeen, and went on to serve with the Red Cross in Italy. Of U.S. parentage, M. Green's career as a writer was lived in French, and in France.
