The following information is taken from Conway's All The World's Fighting Ships, 1860-1905:

Displacement: Seniavin on trials 4,971 tons
Dimensions: 286 ft 6 in overall x 52 ft x 19 ft 6 in max
Machinery: 8 cylindrical boilers (Ushakov 4), 2-shafts, 5,750 ihp = 16 knots
Coal: 300/450 tons
Armour: Harvey, Belt 10 - 4 inches, turrets 8 inches, conning tower 8 inches
Armament: four 10-inch 45 calibre (Apraksin 3), four 4.7-inch 45 calibre, six 3-pounder, ten 1-pounder "revolvers", four 15-inch torpedo tubes
Complement: 404
